0.1.0 is 3h, 3i, 3j and 5: the parser reads back what the emitter writes, proved over the checked-in corpus. 4b becomes 0.1.1, 3k and 4 become 0.2.0, HTML shifts to 0.3.0.

3k's entrypoint sentence moves to 3j and its ConvertErrorCode review to 5, so §8's freeze still lands at 0.1.0.
