The README's example and
malformed-directive/unknown-directive-namerows spell!adf:.MIGRATION.md(linked from the README) gives the conversion of stored0.1.0markdown —0.1.0's parser,0.2.0's emitter — the spelling map and the three inputs that changed code. The recipe was run against0.1.0from npm and this branch's tarball, and typechecks against both. The sweep found no other stale colon spelling; 13b's\:name{now reads\!adf:name{, and 13b adds its code removal toMIGRATION.md.
