Refuses !adf:link[text] that spells no href with unsupported-node-shape, so the link mark has one spelling: the emitter already carries such a mark whole. Both directions now read one linkHref in mark-spellings.ts.

AGENTS.md §11 gains the sort key an import line uses — its first binding, type imports ahead of value imports — and the import blocks follow it.
