ci.sh ran ten legs and announced none, so a slow run could not be told from a hang. Each leg now prints its name and image before it runs and its elapsed time after, publish.sh alongside it. The Node tests stream and keep a copy for the zero-test guard instead of being buffered, and npm pack and the tarball install lose their >/dev/null.
