Delete Branch "line-fallback-progress"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
emitLine retried until every unspellable node was carried, and its termination rested on a comment ten give-way sites had to honour. The loop now holds one named fallback state and refuses the pass taking no fallback: a carry adding no node, or an opening link asked for the directive form twice. Both are unsupported-node-shape, per AGENTS.md section 8 taking an existing code over adding one for a cause no document reaches. AGENTS.md section 11 gains the rule.
