A per-function line ceiling joins the gate: oxlint's eslint/max-lines-per-function at 52, the length of parseInline and the repo's worst, over the 40 files tsconfig.build.json builds. One rule, every category off; the tests and property-harness.ts stay out, as they are out of the coverage floors. npm run size-ratchet is the leg, beside the typecheck. The ceiling only ever moves down, and AGENTS.md sections 5 and 10 record that, the dependency's reason, and why no cyclomatic rule joins it.
