Three answers that shape the foreign-element set, recorded against milestone 6 where the set is specified. The comment answer rests on the vendored schemas: across full.json's 84 and stage-0.json's 98 definitions the only comment is annotationType inlineComment on the annotation mark, which carries an id and no text. One question stays open, that unwrapping script and style would leak code as prose.
