Goal 9 (easy to find) moves to third; every goal reference renumbers and todo.md re-ranks (item 33 falls under the bar). Files the npm keywords, a README comparison, GitHub as canonical with a Gitea pull mirror (0.2.0) and the announcement (0.3.0). adfToPlainMarkdown drops a text node's content, which Atlassian's schema forbids, and the README says so.
