3f: the inline, container and leaf directive grammars, the attribute grammar with its quoting and escapes, the fence-length and nesting rules, and each malformed spelling a named error. A well-formed name reads back to no node yet, which 3g answers.

Two maintainer decisions land in todo.md 3f: unknown-directive-name gets its own code, and input reads canonical spacing only.
