The colon directive grammar becomes the namespaced prefix, spec and decisions only — no code or fixture moves yet (12b, 12c).

Grammar: block container !adf:name arg {attrs} … !adf:/name, leaf the same opener with no closer, inline !adf:name[content]{attrs}, one escape \!adf:. Leaf versus container is the node's content model, so the fence-length rule goes. The carry's reserved name is carry, fence info string and inline directive alike.

AGENTS.md: §4's directive bullet and prior art, §8's escape hint and its !adf:carry / !adf:listBreak examples, and §8 gains the frozen content model.

Gate green on 16af0b9: ci.sh exit 0, 1294 tests, Node/Deno/Bun/Firefox.
