Spells link as !adf:link[text]{attrs} where CommonMark cannot hold it (an attribute beyond href/title, an unspellable href or title, a paragraph-opening link whose CommonMark form reads as a reference definition); refuses a directive link CommonMark could spell, asking the emitter for the paragraph-opening case. Removes unspellable-link; README, MIGRATION.md, AGENTS.md §4/§8/§11 and spec/flavour.md follow; the schema gap list is empty.
