Step 3 of the data plan: date() and time() builtins with a quoted layout, a table with a parent may carry a name without a key, weighted first and last names under a sex table in sv_SE and en_US, personnummer, samordningsnummer, SSN and ITIN in their valid ranges, and misc.datetime.
