Drops ShellModel/buildShellContext and buildDashboardModel; views/index.ejs renders from ctx.chrome like home.ejs. shellUser now lives in chrome.ts.

Drops `ShellModel`/`buildShellContext` and `buildDashboardModel`; `views/index.ejs` renders from `ctx.chrome` like `home.ejs`. `shellUser` now lives in `chrome.ts`.
