Lints every stylesheet in public/, examples/ and plugins/ against Chromium 87, Safari 15 and Firefox 115 using MDN's compat data (src/ui/stylesheet-floor.ts); a feature an engine lacks passes only inside an @supports that requires it. The core stylesheets now guard each such feature. Files item 44 (filter segments and chips show no selected state without :has()). Adds the devDependency @mdn/browser-compat-data (zero deps, ~20MB, shipped in the image like the other dev deps). No rule overrides.
