The recovery and verification forms post to the host, which trims the code and relays the form to Kratos in browser mode. Sign-in, registration and settings still post straight to Kratos. Adds an E2E that pastes an emailed verification code with whitespace around it, plus a mail catcher in the full-flow stack. Files item 45: the admin example's recovery notice links a fresh flow, where the minted code can't be entered.
