The 49 standing decisions move to docs/decisions.md, grouped as before. AGENTS.md keeps a one-line index of their titles, so a reader sees a decision exists without carrying its reasoning into every session.

AGENTS.md drops from 85KB to 24KB. The documentation layout, the decision-writing rule and the one internal anchor into the old section all follow. docs/ is not in package.json files, so nothing new ships to npm.

Delete Branch "worktree-decisions-to-docs"
