Adds a load endpoint to the jsmpp and Cloudhopper drivers and compose overlays that point them at our sink, so every client is measured pushing into the same server. At window 50: jsmpp 40,934/s, this library 38,675/s, Cloudhopper 32,384/s. At the default window of 10 we are last, which is filed as the throughput item under 0.6.0. Kannel is excluded with the reason stated.
