Great documentation becomes goal 1.2, and goals 13–16 renumber to 12–15 wherever they are cited; README → Development → Documentation states how the README meets it. Plans items 258–261 under 0.2.0 (quickstarts, a shipped-data table, recipes, edge cases moved down; folds in items 21 and 226) and 253–257 under 0.3.0 (relative date bounds, exact-count choices, a name bound through a name, a repeat range, a JSON-escape transform).
